For US solar & battery installers
Know what a customer costs you before you spend a dollar.
Every agency sells you a cost per lead. You can buy thirty leads and sign nobody, and they'll still call it a good month. We price the only thing that reaches your bank account.
Under $970 per signed install, or we work for free until it is.

We take one solar company per market, so this call is also where we confirm your state is still open.
Booked
You're in.
A calendar invite with the Google Meet link is on its way to your inbox.
Three things we hear on nearly every call.
Someone else's name is on the job you just built
You did the site visit, the design, the install and the commissioning. The contract has another company's logo on it. You earned install margin on a job that should have been yours end to end, and they earned a customer for life.
Four quotes, four site visits, no answer
You drove out, measured the roof, built the proposal and followed up twice. They're collecting quotes like a sport and they've gone quiet on all four. That Saturday cost you three hours and earned you nothing.
The lead was fine. The follow-up wasn't.
78% of solar buyers sign with whoever calls back first, and contact inside a minute lifts conversion around 400%. If a lead sits until tomorrow morning you didn't lose on price. You lost before you ever quoted.
What you actually get
Three moving parts. All pointed at one number.
We're not interested in selling you activity. If a thing we do can't be traced to an install under $970, we don't do it.
Campaigns, built and run for you
Facebook and Instagram, written and produced around your business rather than a template with your logo dropped on it. Every dollar traced through to a name in your calendar.
Five-minute follow-up, every lead
Chased, qualified and booked before they've finished shopping. Your team spends its day in front of homeowners instead of dialling a list that's already gone cold.
The gaps in your process, closed
We go through where deals actually stall: the second follow-up nobody makes, the proposal that takes four days, the no-show nobody rebooked. Then we fix those.
Booked appointments inside a week.
We learn your numbers
Close rate, average job value, who sells and how. We can't guarantee a cost per install without knowing what happens after the appointment.
Live in a week
Campaigns running, tracking wired, follow-up switched on. Seven days from the first call, not seven weeks.
We fix the leaks
Once real leads are moving we can see exactly where they stop. That's usually worth more than the ads.
Then we push
Weekly optimisation until the number is locked under $970. Once it holds, we spend more and keep it there.
The benchmark
What everyone else is paying.
Not per lead. Not per appointment. What it costs, all in, to put one signed homeowner on your install schedule.

We say no a lot.
A guarantee like this only works if the business behind it can carry the volume. Most of the companies that enquire aren't there yet, and we tell them so.
Worth a conversation
- You're installing 10 or more a month and want that number to double
- You've got leads in a spreadsheet nobody has called back
- You have people who can sell but nothing holding them to a process
- You'd like to answer "what does a customer cost me" without opening a spreadsheet
- You can make a decision this month
Not yet
- You're still building the sales side and have nobody to hand a booking to
- You're shopping for the cheapest agency rather than the best outcome
- You'd rather keep doing follow-up your own way
- You don't want your close rate looked at
The guarantee
We put ours in writing.
Anyone can promise you a good month. Very few will sign something that costs them if it doesn't happen.
Your cost per signed install comes in under $970 in month one. If it doesn't, we keep working and stop invoicing until it does.
No conditions buried in a PDF. The three below are the whole agreement.
The obvious questions.
The ones people ask on the call, answered before it.
What counts as an install?
For every homeowner who signs a contract and gets installed, you paid under $970 in total marketing cost to acquire them. Not per lead. Not per click. Per installed customer. It's the only acquisition number that ever shows up in your accounts.
How does the guarantee work?
If your cost per install isn't under $970 within the first month, we keep working for free until it is. No invoices, no excuses. We don't get paid again until we deliver. It holds as long as your side holds: leads contacted in five minutes, your team closing 30% of the appointments we book, and outcomes marked weekly so the number is a fact rather than an argument.
How long until I see results?
Most campaigns produce a booked appointment within 7 days of launch. Real pipeline momentum lands around week three or four, once there's enough data to optimise against. By day 90 your cost per install should be locked in under $970.
Do I need a big ad budget?
Enough to move the needle. We recommend $3,000 to $5,000 a month in ad spend. Below that there isn't enough volume for the algorithm to learn from, optimisation stalls, and the guarantee stops being realistic for either of us.
I already have an agency. Why change?
Then you already know what isn't working. Ask them one question: what does a customer cost me all in, with your fee included? Most can only tell you cost per lead, because that's the number that flatters them. We run the ads, book the appointments and tighten the sales process, and we're accountable for one number instead of three reports.
What's the minimum commitment?
Month to month after the first 30 days. No lock-in contracts. If we're not delivering you leave — though under the guarantee you wouldn't be paying us by then anyway.
Why only one company per market?
Because the moment we take your competitor down the road, we're bidding against ourselves in the same auction and both of your costs go up. Exclusivity isn't a sales tactic, it's the only way the guarantee survives. It's also why states close.
So what is a customer costing you?
Thirty minutes. We'll work out your real number from your own figures, show you where it's leaking, and tell you honestly whether we'd take you on.
