Privacy notice
Updated 20 September 2026This notice describes how Prevail Marketing handles information submitted through this website. Contact will@prevailmarketingusa.com with privacy questions or requests.
What you share with us
When you request a sample or a call, we collect the contact and business details you enter, your footage availability and any sharing links you provide. For bookings, we also collect your selected time and timezone. Please only submit footage you own or are authorised to share, and avoid including sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, communicate with you, provide an accepted sample or booked call, and discuss relevant ongoing services. A request does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter. You can ask us to stop following up.
Where it is stored
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Requests and bookings are stored using Google Calendar and displayed in our access-controlled internal pipeline. Sample requests do not send calendar invitations. If you book a call, a calendar invitation is sent to your email address. Footage links are used to access the material you choose to share for editing.
Website measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, interactions and completed requests or bookings. Meta may receive browser and device information, cookies, page information, campaign identifiers and conversion events. On a successful submission, contact details may also be processed by Meta's advanced matching feature to associate the event with advertising activity. Submitted footage links are not included in our Pixel event parameters. Learn more in Meta's privacy policy. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may limit this measurement.
Your content and choices
We do not publish your submitted footage or sample in our portfolio without your permission. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw permission for future sample work, or stop follow-up. We retain request information while it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting service relationship; you can ask us to remove an inactive enquiry.
